Escape Rooms are live-interactive adventure games. Your team is locked in a themed room where you follow evidence, search for clues, work puzzles, solve problems, open locks and work together to escape before your time expires. You have one hour.
You may still have the room to yourself if no one else books the empty spots. However, another small group may book the other openings in your time slot and you will be working as a team. Everything is so fast paced and fun, you will form a bond quickly and still have a great time.
No. All sales are final. We are sorry for the inconvenience but if you can not make your appointment, call us and we will reschedule your group. If for some reason the escape room will be closed on your appointment date, we will call you to reschedule. It is our desire to make your experience as wonderful as possible.
No. You will at all times have a key to open the door in case you need to leave. You will also be constantly in contact with your game host who can assist you in any way. Your safety is our utmost concern, but to complete the game, you will have to discover the code and use the key pad to open the door.
If you are under 13 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
You and your group should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. You will need to check-in. If you have the entire room booked and arrive late, your game will be shortened accordingly. If you are part of another group and the game has already started, you will not be permitted to enter the room. Please allow enough time in case of traffic issues.
Yes. All bookings are done through our website and must be booked in advance. The farther out you book, the better chance you have of getting the day and time you desire.
No. We do not allow videos or pictures to be taken inside our escape rooms. We want to keep the experience new and fresh for all our participants.
